5. Issuing 5.1 Cards The card can be used to purchase goods and services from merchants who accept visas electronically as a means of payment. If your card is a smart card or a personalized card, it can be used for cash withdrawals at ATMs bearing the Visa Network logo and to obtain cash advances from financial institutions that issue Visa cards, subject to their authorization procedure. If your card is a smart card, you can use the card for cash back transactions. For more information, see section 11.1c. 5.2 Total use of the card is limited to the current balance of the card, as shown on the site. 5.3 You must not have more than two (2) cards not perished and activated at the same time. 5.4 You must be 16 or older to get a card. 5.5 You must reside in Canada to obtain a card.

Smart cards and personalized cards can be used to withdraw money from authorized ATMs and obtain cash advances from financial institutions that issue Visa cards, subject to their authorization procedure. Some merchants may not accept the card for online or phone transactions. The card cannot be used to write cheques on the balance of available funds. Only smart cards can be used for cash back transactions (operations for more than the price of goods or services purchased).

The amount of cash received during a cash rebook must be less than the price of goods or services purchased. The card cannot be assigned and will not be refunded. A. Visiting a Canada Post Office and a payment on your card with cash or a debit card. Funds are available immediately if you use this method to load funds. B. Using your financial institution`s online payment or billing system and selecting the Visa Canada Post card. (Not all financial institutions allow this function, so check with your financial institution to make sure this option is available). Funds are available within 2 to 4 business days if you use this method to load funds.c.

Through the use of interac electronic transfers® or other third-party loading methods, which can be provided to load extra money on your card from time to time. If you spend Interac e-transfers® to load money, the funds are available within 1 business day. In the case of third-party loading financing methods, you should check the terms and conditions of sale of the service provider concerned in order to obtain details of the timing and other conditions applicable to the proposed loading method. Additional fees may be charged by your financial institution or by third parties if you use Interac electronic transfers® or a third party to load your card. 1. Introduction The following terms and conditions of this contract govern the card and are our agreement with you regarding your card. Please visit the site (shown on the back of your card) for an up-to-date copy of this agreement and additional information on your card. By requiring the signature of the back or the use of a card, you accept the terms of this contract.
